Terms of Service
By booking or using Fragile Removals Waikato, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the job details change (including volume, access, stairs, or distance), the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Access and Parking
Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to both pickup and delivery locations, including parking for our moving vehicle where possible. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or delays occur.
4. Customer Packing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packed unless Fragile Removals Waikato has been engaged to provide packing services. We are not liable for damage caused by insufficient or improper packing of customer-prepared items.
5. Handling & Care
We take reasonable care when handling all items during loading, transport, and unloading. Protective materials such as blankets and straps may be used to help protect furniture and fragile items.
6. Insurance
Fragile Removals Waikato provides in-transit insurance coverage for goods while they are being transported in our vehicle. This applies only during the transport phase of the move.
7. Delays
While we aim to arrive and complete jobs on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate with customers as early as possible if delays arise.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee depending on scheduling and resources allocated.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of items, improper packing, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
10. Acceptance
By confirming a booking with Fragile Removals Waikato, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
