We make moves happen every day, 365 days a year. Most moves take place 7 AM-11 PM, but our team is happy to accommodate after-hour moves when needed. *Holiday appointments are scheduled on a limited basis.

Our pricing varies depending on several factors, including the distance of the move, the size of your belongings, and any additional services you require.

Yes, our hourly minimum is only two hours.

If you are limited by any date and time restraints, we recommend scheduling your move as far in advance as possible, especially if you plan on moving in summer. Fragile Removals Waikato does not require any deposit or cancellation fees, so there is no downside to booking your move early. However, if you call short notice with any last minute requests, our team will do everything they can to accommodate you and your move.

We accept cash or internet transfer

We do not require a deposit. We understand plans change and we do not believe in enforcing penalties for changes or cancellations. However, if you foresee any changes and need to change your move or cancel your move date and time, we do appreciate as much notice as possible, that way we can work with you to reschedule your move! Advanced notice also allows us to release your original move date and time to another customer on our waitlist.

Fragile Removals Waikato provides all types of moving services including local moving in Waikato, office and commercial building moves, piano moving, even art and antique moving.

We service local moves within the entire region of Waikato and are happy to assist with long distance moves to Auckland, Wellington, Napier, Wairapa, Coromandel, New Plymouth, Palmerston North or anywhere else in NZ!

Fragile Removals Waikato can move pianos, but we recommend a professional pool table company to disassemble and reassemble your prized pool table. However, we would be happy to relocate it for you!

While we make every effort to guarantee the secure transportation of your belongings, unforeseen incidents can still occur. Although we include complimentary in-transit insurance with all our moves, you may also consider additional protection from your own insurance provider. Your insurance company can offer additional coverage for added peace of mind during the moving process.

Yes! All of our moving trucks are equipped with dollies, blankets, and all the moving essentials our crew needs to make your move a success. While basic moving equipment is standard with each move, your move coordinator will itemise any additional materials you may need access to on move day.

An estimate is just that, an estimate, so it is possible the actual hours of move may differ slightly. To ensure you only pay for the time you actually use, all bills are prorated to the closest 30 minutes (after the 2 hour minimum has been met).

Your willingness to help during the move is greatly appreciated, but for safety reasons, we typically advise customers to leave the heavy lifting and logistics to our professional moving team. Our experienced movers are trained to handle the loading, unloading, and transportation of your belongings efficiently and safely.
